Cancellation Policy

24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation LESS than 24 hours, the client will be charged for the FULL PRICE of the missed service(s). If you are running more than 10-15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you and adjust the service accordingly.16 minutes late is considered a missed appointment. ****In the situation that I run behind schedule, I will still take your appointment! As most of you know, it will domino the rest of my day. Please bear with me as I adjust, I hate running behind and will do my best to not allow it to happen.
